Summer pretty much comes to an end when September begins, so it's time for one more Music Day Hooray! concert in August.  I'll be playing at Children's Book World in West LA at 10:30 a.m. on that Saturday ... and it's absolutely FREE!

I'll have CDs for sale (only $10), and the bookstore has great reading material and other assorted goodies.  The show is about 30 minutes, and includes different instruments, original songs, and lots of learning and moving!   I want children to know that music is a great learning tool and that it can keep you healthy and strong.

I'll be playing once again at Books and Cookies on Saturday, June 20, right before Father's Day.  A half-hour show, children are welcome to have "free play" time afterwards in the Learn and Play area outside.  I'll be singing and performing songs from my two CDs pictured below as well as "Father's Day" from my new CD, The Holidays!, which will be released in September.

Hello Hello!

I can't wait to play my fourth show of the year (the first was at Marzo's, and the second was at Children's Book World in February, while the third was at Books and Cookies in March), and once again I'll be at Children's Book World - one of my favorite places to perform in town!  

The show is free and I'm hoping children and families can participate as much as possible by bringing a percussion instrument from home if they have one (if not, one will be provided).  I love singing songs that I've written that are on my CDs, but playing together and making music as a group is simply the best!  Hope to see you all there!

2015 - Children's Book World February 21!

Well, 2015 is starting off pretty well!  I played a variety show called Marzo's during the Dr. King holiday weekend, and I was delighted to play a birthday party for two children at one of my preschools on January 31!

In February, I'll be playing another birthday party on the 8th and a concert at Children's Book World on the 21st.  I'm hoping this will be an interactive show with children bringing percussion instruments such as shakers, bells, drums and tambourines so we can do some musical activities and games together!

Children's Book World Show - November 2014!

Second to last show of the year!

I'm performing at Children's Book World on Saturday, November 22, at 1030am!  I'll be bringing my guitar, of course, as well as some other instruments to perform songs from my two award-winning CDs and a couple of Thanksgiving songs from my upcoming holiday album which will be out in 2015.

Two Awards!

I'm so excited!  I got an award for SPECIAL SONGS FOR SPECIAL KIDS and my new CD, FUNdamentals! Music and Movement for Children.  Creative Child Magazine gave me the Preferred Choice Award for 2014.  I'm very honored!

Yippee!  I'm playing a live show tomorrow at The Zephyr Theatre at 3pm!  I'll be the featured musician  for this program.  It's going to be a blast!  Details are below!
